Road Traffic (Licensing) Amendment

Regulations (No. 4) 2005

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Road Traffic (Licensing) Amendment
Regulations (No. 4) 2005.

By Command of the deputy of the Governor, G. M. PIKE, Clerk of the Executive Council.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Road Traffic
(Licensing) Regulations 1975*.

3.            Regulation 21PB amended

Regulation 21PB(2) is amended by deleting "$28" in the
2 places where it occurs and inserting instead in both places —

" $53 ".
