Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Licensing) Amendment Regulations

(No. 3) 1998.

Regulation 9 amended

2.Regulation 9 (3) (a) (ii), (3) (c), and (4) of the Road Traffic (Licensing) Regulations 1975*

are amended by deleting "Minister" in the 3 places where it occurs and substituting in

each place the following —

"	Director General ".
