Road Traffic (Licensing) Amendment

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Road Traffic (Licensing) Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2006.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2006.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Road Traffic
(Licensing) Regulations 1975*.

4.            Regulation 21PB amended

Regulation 21PB(2) is amended as follows:

(a) in paragraph (a) by deleting "$53;" and inserting instead —

44 $55;

(b)

in paragraph (b) by deleting "$53" and inserting " $55 "
