Road Traffic (Licensing) Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2005
Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
1. Citation
These regulations are the Road Traffic (Licensing) Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2005.2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2005.
3. The regulations amended
The amendments in these regulations are to the Road Traffic
(Licensing) Regulations 1975*.[* Reprinted as at 20 September 2002. For amendments to 17 May 2005 see Western Australian Legislation Information Tables for 2004, Table 4, p. 357.]
4. Schedule 2 replaced
Schedule 2 is repealed and the following Schedule is inserted
