Regulations (No. 2) 2004

1.            Citation

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Road Traffic
(Licensing) Regulations 1975*.

3.            Regulation 11 amended

Regulation 11(6) is amended as follows:

(a)	in paragraph (a)(ii)(A) by deleting ", and surcharge on," and "and the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance Surcharge) Act 1962 respectively";
(b)	in paragraph (a)(ii) by deleting item (B) and inserting the following item instead -

(B) the stamp duty payable on the

policy of insurance under section 96(2) of the Stamp Act 1921;

(c)	in paragraph (b)(ii)(A) by deleting ", and surcharge on," and "and the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance Surcharge) Act 1962 respectively";
(d)	in paragraph (b)(ii) by deleting item (B) and inserting the following item instead -

4.            Regulation 19 repealed

Regulation 19 is repealed.

5. Regulation 20 amended
Regulation 20 is amended by inserting after "construction" —

44 , appliances, lamps and other equipment ".
