ROAD TRAFFIC (LICENSING) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO.2)

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Licensing)

Amendment Regulations (No.2) 1995.

Commencement

2. These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1995.

Schedule 2 amended

3. Schedule 2 to the Road Traffic (Licensing) Regulations 1975* is amended

in item 5 by deleting "10.90" and substituting the following —
