ROAD TRAFFIC (LICENSING) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 2)

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Licensing)

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1994.

Principal regulations

2.      In these regulations the Road Traffic (Licensing) Regulations 1985* are

referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 22 amended

3.      Regulation 22 (6) of the principal regulations is amended by deleting

"plates to another vehicle owned by him" and substituting the following —

plates —

(a)	in the case of special plates or name plates, to another vehicle owned by him; or
(h) in the case of personalised plates, to another vehicle	owned by him or by a member of his immediate
family,

Schedule 2 amended

4.      Schedule 2 to the principal regulations is amended by deleting item 16

and substituting the following item —

16. 22 (6)	Fee for transfer of
(a) person to another vehicle owned by

special plates or name plates by a

that person; 12

(13.; personalised plates by a person to another vehicle owned by that person or by a member of his immediate family; 12
