Road Traffic (Licensing) Amendment

Regulations 2005

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Road Traffic (Licensing) Amendment
Regulations 2005.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Road Traffic
(Licensing) Regulations 1975* .

3. Regulation 3 amended
Regulation 3(1) is amended as follows:

(a)

in the definition of "repairable write-off" by deleting " regulation 2 ";

(b)

in the definition of "Written-Off Vehicle Register" by " regulation 13 ".
