Road Traffic (Licensing) Amendment

Regulations 2002

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Licensing)
Amendment Regulations 2002.

2.             Regulation 21PB amended

Regulation 21PB(1) of the Road Traffic (Licensing) paragraph (b) and inserting the following paragraph instead —

“ (ba) that is not a heavy vehicle; and ”.
