ROAD TRAFFIC (LICENSING) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1994

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.    These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Licensing)

Amendment Regulations 1994.

Regulation 4 amended

2.     Regulation 4 of the Road Traffic (Licensing) Regulations 1975* is

amended in subregulation (1) (b) by inserting after "authorized vehicle examiner" the following —

a	not more than 3 months before the date of the application	"
