Made under the Road Traffic Legislation Amendment Act 2016 section 2(c) by the Governor in Executive Council.
1. Citation
This proclamation is the Road Traffic Legislation Amendment
Act 2016 Commencement Proclamation 2016.2. Commencement
(1) The Road Traffic Legislation Amendment Act 2016 Part 3, other
than Division 2, sections 46, 53 and 64 and Division 4
Subdivision 2, comes into operation on 28 November 2016.(2)
The Road Traffic Legislation Amendment Act 2016 sections 45 and 47(3) come into operation immediately after section 44 of that Act comes into operation.
