ROAD TRAFFIC ACT 1974
ROAD TRAFFIC (INFRINGEMENTS) AMENDMENT
REGULATIONS (No. 4) 1990
Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Infringements) Amend-
ment Regulations (No. 4) 1990.
Commencement
2. These 'regulations shall come into operation on the 28th day after the day on
which they are published in the Gazette.
First Schedule amended
3.The First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Infringements) Regulations 1975* is
amended—
(a) by deleting item 17 and substituting the following items-
