Road Traffic (Infringements) Amendment

Regulations (No. 3) 1998

The Second Schedule to the Road Traffic (Infringements)
Regulations 1975* is amended in Form 2A under the heading
"How to Pay" by inserting after "bank" —

" or other financial institution ".

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.     Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic
(Infringements) Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 1998.

2.    Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 December 1998 or the day on which they are published in the Gazette, whichever is later.
