AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 3) 1990

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Infringements)
Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 1990.
Commencement

2.    These regulations shall come into operation on 30 June 1990.

First Schedule amended

3.    The First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Infringements) Regulations 1975*

is amended by inserting after item 64 the following item:-

64A. Regulation 1108 Failure of vehicle manufactured on or after

1 July 1988 to conform to—

(a) Australian Design Rule 3—seat an-

chorages 40
(b) Australian Design Rule 43—vehicle
configuration and marking 65
(c) Australian Design Rule 44—specific
purpose vehicle requirements 40
