Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 January 2001.

3.            The First Schedule amended

The First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Infringements)
Regulations 1975* is amended as follows:

(a) by deleting item 69 and inserting instead -

69. Regulation 1507 Driver allowing passenger to travel in the back of an open

ute, goods vehicle tray, etc... 3

(b) after item 71 by inserting -
