ROAD TRAFFIC (INFRINGEMENTS) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1997

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Infringements)

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1997.

Principal regulations

2.      In these regulations the Road Traffic (Infringements) Regulations 1975*

are referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 4 amended

3.     Regulation 4 (2) of the principal regulations is amended by deleting "the

following —	alleged offence referred to in regulation 7 (1) (c)," and substituting the
. an alleged offence relating to the licensing provisions of the Act, ". Regulation 7 amended
4. Regulation 7 (3) of the principal regulations is amended by deleting "the
following — alleged offence referred to in subregulation (1) (c)," and substituting the
" an alleged offence relating to the licensing provisions of the Act, ".
