1.            Citation

These regulations are the Road Traffic (Infringements)

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Road Traffic
(Infringements) Regulations 1975* .

3.             Second Schedule amended

The second Schedule is amended by deleting the heading and inserting instead —

[This amendment replaces the amendment in the Road Traffic (Infringements) because the new heading it would have given to the second Schedule was incorrect.]
