Road Traffic (Infringements) Amendment

Regulations 2003

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic
(Infringements) Amendment Regulations 2003.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Road Traffic
(Infringements) Regulations 1975* .

3.             Regulation 4 amended

Regulation 4(2) is amended as follows:

(a) in paragraph (a) by deleting "Licensing Division,

Department of Transport;" and inserting instead

(b) in paragraph (b) by deleting "Department of Transport."

and inserting instead —
" Department for Planning and Infrastructure. ".

4.           Second Schedule amended

(1) The Second Schedule Form 2 is amended as follows:

(a)	under the heading "PAYMENT DETAILS" by deleting "Crown Law Department" in the 2 places where it occurs and inserting instead in each case —
" Department of Justice ";
(b)	under the heading "PAYMENT DETAILS" by deleting "CROWN LAW DEPARTMENT" and inserting instead —
" DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE ".

(2) The Second Schedule Form 2A is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting "Department of Transport" in the 3 places where it occurs and inserting instead in each case —
" Department for Planning and Infrastructure ";
(b)	"Department of Transport"

by deleting in the 2 places " Department for Planning and Infrastructure '';

(c)	by deleting "Licensing Division" in the 4 places where it occurs;
(d)	under the heading "Infringement Details:" Item (3) by deleting "Executive Director,";
(e)	in Part B by deleting "Transfers and Recoveries Section,".
