ROAD TRAFFIC ACT 1974

ROAD TRAFFIC (INFRINGEMENTS) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1995

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Infringements)

Amendment Regulations 1995.

Commencement

2.      These regulations come into operation on 1 February 1996.

Principal regulations

3.     In these regulations the Road Traffic (Infringements) Regulations 1975*

are referred to as the principal regulations.

First Schedule amended

4. The First Schedule to the principal regulations is amended by deleting

item 22A and substituting the following item —

22A. Regulation 503	Driving in the right lane of a carriageway without
good reason 50
