ROAD TRAFFIC (INFRINGEMENTS) AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS 1993

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Infringements)

Amendment Regulations 1993.

By His Excellency's Command, D. G. BLIGHT, Clerk of the Council.

Commencement

2. These regulations come into operation on 16 June 1993.

First Schedule amended

3. The First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Infringements) Regulations

1975* is amended after item 5 by inserting the following item —

5A. Section 64AA Driving or attempting to drive a motor vehicle while the percentage of alcohol in the driver's blood equals or exceeds 0.05% 100
