Road Traffic (Fees for Vehicle Licences)

Regulations 2003

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Fees for
Vehicle Licences) Regulations 2003.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 31 May 2003.

3.            Specified day: section 28A

For the purposes of section 28A(3) of the Act, the specified day in relation to these regulations is 1 July 2003.

4.            The Act amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Road Traffic
Act 1974.

5.            Second Schedule amended

(1) Part III Division 2 of the Second Schedule is amended as
follows:

(a)

in clause 2(1) by deleting "$13.52" and inserting " $13.93 ";

" $41.83. ".

(b)	in clause 3 by deleting "$13.52" and inserting instead — " $13.93 ";
(c)	in clause 4 by deleting "$6.76" and inserting instead — " $6.96 ";
(d)	in clause 5 by deleting "$3.38" and inserting instead — " $3.48 ";
(e)

in clause 6(1) by deleting "$27.06." and inserting " $27.87. '';

(0 in clause 6(2) by deleting "$40.61." and inserting

instead —

follows:
