Road Traffic (Fees for Vehicle Licences)

Regulations 2001

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Fees for
Vehicle Licences) Regulations 2001.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day of their publication in the Government Gazette.

3.             Specified day: section 28A

For the purposes of section 28A(3) of the Act, the specified day in relation to these regulations is 1 August 2001.

4.             The Road Traffic Act 1975 amended

Part III Division 2 of the Second Schedule to the Road Traffic
Act 1975* is amended as follows:

(a)

in clause 2(1) by deleting “$12.51” and inserting “ $13.13 ”;

(b)	in clause 3 by deleting “$12.51” and inserting instead — “ $13.13 ”;
(c)	in clause 4 by deleting “$6.25” and inserting instead — “ $6.56 ”;
(d)	in clause 5 by deleting “$3.12” and inserting instead — “ $3.27 ”;
(e)

in clause 6(1) by deleting “$25.03.” and inserting “ $26.28. ”;

(f) in clause 6(2) by deleting “$37.56.” and inserting instead —

“ $39.43. ”.
