Road Traffic (Fees for Vehicle Licences)

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Fees for
Vehicle Licences) Regulations 2000.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which the Road Traffic (Licensing) Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2000 come into operation.

3.            Specified day: section 28A

For the purposes of section 28A(3) of the Act, the specified day in relation to these regulations is 1 July 2000.

4. The Road Traffic Act 1974 amended
The amendments in these regulations are to Part III of the

5.            Second Schedule amended

(1) Part III Division 2 of the Second Schedule is amended as

follows:

(a)

in clause 2(1) by deleting "$12.26" and inserting " $12.51

(b)	in clause 3 by deleting "$12.26" and inserting instead - " $12.51 ";
(c)	in clause 4 by deleting $6. 13" and inserting instead - " $6.25 ";
(d)	in clause 5 by deleting "$3.06" and inserting instead -
