ROAD TRAFFIC (FEES FOR VEHICLE LICENCES) REGULATIONS 1990
Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation1.These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Fees for Vehicle
Licences) Regulations 1990.
Interpretation
2.In these regulations—
"Second Schedule" means the Second Schedule to the Act as amended by regulations published in the Gazette on 29 May 1987, 11 August 1989, 22 September 1989 and 17 November 1989.
Specified day
3.For the purposes of section 28A of the Act, the specified day in relation to
the amendments effected by these regulations shall be 1 October 1990.
Second Schedule amended4.Part III of the Second Schedule is amended by deleting Section A and
substituting the following Section—
PART III—SECTION A.
LICENCE FEES FOR VEHICLES OTHER THAN FAMILY
VEHICLES
(Section 28A)
Licence fees for a period of twelve months will be calculated as follows—
1 700 1 800 51.48
(1) For a motor car with an engine other than a rotary type—$1.49 per
power unit added to the tare weight amount indicated hereunder—
