Road Traffic (Events on Roads) Amendment

Regulations 2016

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Road Traffic (Events on Roads)
Amendment Regulations 2016.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2016.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Road Traffic (Events on Roads)
Regulations 1991.

4.             Regulation 3 amended

In regulation 3(1) delete “event a —” and insert:

event as —

5.             Regulation 6 amended

In regulation 6(2)(c)(i) delete the Table and insert:
