ROAD TRAFFIC (EVENTS ON ROADS) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1997

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Events on Roads)

Amendment Regulations 1997.

Commencement

2.      These regulations come into operation on the day on which the Road

Traffic Amendment Act 1997 comes into operation.
Regulation 10 amended

3.      Regulation 10 of the Road Traffic (Events on Roads) Regulations 1991* is

amended by deleting "Penalty: $500." and substituting the following —

" Penalty: Twenty penalty units (20 PU). "
