Road Traffic (Drug Driving) Amendment

Regulations 2020

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.   Citation

These regulations are the Road Traffic (Drug Driving)

Amendment Regulations 2020.

2.   Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3. Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Road Traffic (Drug Driving)

Regulations 2007.

4.            Schedule 2 amended

In Schedule 2 clause 4(f) delete "8 minutes;" and insert:

3 minutes or 8 minutes (as required by the manufacturer's instructions
in the testing device's packaging); V. MOLAN, Clerk of the Executive Council.
