Road Traffic (Drivers’ Licences) Amendment

Regulations (No. 6) 2001

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Drivers'
Licences) Amendment Regulations (No. 6) 2001.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 August 2001.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Road Traffic
(Drivers' Licences) Regulations 1975*.

4.             Regulation 9 amended

Regulation 9 is amended by deleting “$10.00.” and inserting instead —

“ $10.25. ”.

5.             Regulation 9A amended

Regulation 9A(c) is amended by deleting “$10.00;” and inserting instead —

“ $10.25; ”.

6.             Regulation 15 amended

Regulation 15 is amended as follows:

(a)

in subregulation (1)(a) by deleting “$70.00” and “ $71.75 ”;

(b)

in subregulation (1)(b) by deleting “$140.00” and “ $143.50 ”;

(c)

in subregulation (2)(a) by deleting “$15.30” and “ $15.65 ”;

(d)

in subregulation (2)(b) by deleting “$30.65” and “ $31.40 ”.

7.             Schedule 11 amended

Schedule 11 is amended as follows:

(a)

in item 1(a)(i) by deleting “47.30” and inserting “ 48.45 ”;

(b)	in item 1(b) by deleting “36.95” and inserting instead — “ 37.85 ”;
(c)	in item 2(a) by deleting “24.25” and inserting instead — “ 24.85 ”;
(d)	in item 3 by deleting “6.50” and inserting instead — “ 6.65 ”;
(e)	in item 4(a) by deleting “30.65” and inserting instead — “ 31.40 ”;
(f)	in item 4(b) by deleting “97.10” and inserting instead — “ 99.50 ”;
(g)	in item 5(b) by deleting “71.70” and inserting instead — “ 73.45 ”.
