Regulations (No. 5) 2001

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Drivers' Licences) Amendment Regulations (No. 5) 2001.
2.	The regulations

amended (Drivers' Licences) Amendment Regulations (No. 4) 2001*.

3.            Regulation 2 amended

Regulation 2 is amended by deleting "2 April 2001" and inserting instead —

" 7 May 2001 ".

4.            Regulation 12 repealed

Regulation 12 is repealed.
