Road Traffic (Drivers’ Licences) Amendment

Regulations (No. 4) 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Road Traffic (Drivers’ Licences)
Amendment Regulations (No. 4) 2006.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Road Traffic
(Drivers’ Licences) Regulations 1975*.

3.             Schedule 5 amended

Schedule 5 is amended as follows:

(a) by deleting “52.0 cents” and inserting instead —

“ 55.0 cents ”;

(b) by deleting “62.0 cents” and inserting instead —

“ 66.0 cents ”;

(c) by deleting “63.0 cents” and inserting instead —

“ 67.0 cents ”.
