REGULATIONS (No. 4) 1990

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
I. These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Drivers' Licences)

Amendment Regulations (No. 4) 1990,

Commencement
2. These regulations shall come into operation on 1 January 1991.
Principal regulations
3. In these regulations the Road Traffic (Drivers' Licences) Regulations 1975*

are referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 14A amended

4. Regulation 14A of the principal regulations is amended—

(a) in item 3 by deleting "21.00" and substituting the following-

• 22.50 "; and

(b) in item 4 by deleting "70.00" and substituting the following-

• 76.00 ".

Regulation 15A amended

5. Regulation 15A of the principal regulations is amended—

(a) by inserting after "prescribed" the following—

" amount or "; and

(b) by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following—

• (a) in the case of the fee payable under item 3 in regulation 14A,

the amount of $14.90; ".
