ROAD TRAFFIC (DRIVERS' LICENCES) AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS (NO. 3) 1991

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Drivers' Licences)

Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 1991.

Commencement

2. These regulations shall come into operation on 1 January 1992.

Principal regulations

3. In these regulations the Road Traffic (Drivers' Licences) Regulations

1975* are referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 14A amended

4.  Regulation 14A of the principal regulations is amended —

(a) in item 3 by deleting "22.50" and substituting the following —

" 24.00 "; and

(b) in item 4 by deleting "76.00" and substituting the following —

Regulation 15A amended

5.   Regulation 15A of the principal regulations is amended in paragraph (a)

by deleting 114.90" and substituting the following —
