Road Traffic (Drivers’ Licences) Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Road Traffic (Drivers’ Licences)
Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2006.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2006.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Road Traffic
(Drivers’ Licences) Regulations 1975*.

4.             Schedule 11 amended

Schedule 11 is amended as follows:

(a) in item 4(a) by deleting “33.80” and inserting instead —

“ 35.00 ”;

(b) in item 4(b) by deleting “107.30” and inserting instead —

“ 111.00 ”.
