Road Traffic (Drivers' Licences) Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2003

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Drivers'
Licences) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2003.

(a) at the end of paragraph (c) by deleting "or";

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 28 August 2003.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Road Traffic
(Drivers' Licences) Regulations 1975*.

4.            Regulation 5 amended

Regulation 5(2) is amended as follows:

(b) at the end of paragraph (d) by deleting the full stop and

inserting instead -

or

(e) that person is -

(i)     providing a child care service outside school hours for school age children; and

(ii) service by virtue of registration under
regulation 102 of the Community entitled to continue to operate that Regulations 2002.
