ROAD TRAFFIC (DRIVERS' LICENCES) AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS 1993

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Drivers' Licences)

Amendment Regulations 1993.

Commencement

Principal regulations

3. In these regulations the Road Traffic (Drivers' Licences) Regulations

1975* are referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 7 repealed

4. Regulation 7 of the principal regulations is repealed.

First Schedule repealed

5. The First Schedule to the principal regulations is repealed.

Second Schedule amended

6. The Second Schedule to the principal reg.ulations is amended under the heading "Road Traffic Act 1974. section —' by inserting after item 2 the following item —

vehicle while the percentage of alcohol in
the driver's blood equals or exceeds 0.05% 3
