Road Traffic Code Amendment Regulations

(No. 5) 2017

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.       Citation

31 October 2017 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 5465

2.     Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.      Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Road Traffic Code 2000.

4. Regulation 288B inserted
After regulation 288A insert:

288B. Exemption for Main Roads incident response

service

The regulations specified in the Table do not apply to a person providing an incident response service on behalf of the Commissioner of Main Roads.
