ROAD TRAFFIC CODE AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 5) 1997

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.    These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic Code Amendment

Regulations (No. 5) 1997.

Commencement

2.     These regulations come into operation on the day on which the Road

Traffic Amendment Act 1997 comes into operation.

Regulation 1901 amended

3.      Regulation 1901 (2) of the Road Traffic Code 1975* is amended —

(a) by deleting "$400" and substituting the following —

(b) by deleting 1800." and substituting the following — " thirty-two penalty units (32 PU). ".
