Road Traffic Code Amendment Regulations

(No. 4) 2003

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic Code
Amendment Regulations (No. 4) 2003.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the Road Traffic
Code 2000*.

3.            Regulation 4A inserted

By Command of the Governor, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Executive Council.

After regulation 4 the following regulation is inserted —

4A.	Declaration by Minister that Code requirements do not apply (section 103B)
(1)	The Minister may declare, in writing, that a specified requirement of this Code does not apply to a specified person or vehicle for a specified period of time.
(2)	A declaration under subregulation (1) may set out a place to which the declaration is limited.
