Road Traffic Code Amendment Regulations

(No. 3) 1999

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic Code
Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 1999.

2.            Regulation 1808 amended

Regulation 1808(2) of the Road Traffic Code 1975* is amended
in the definition of "heavy vehicle speed zone" by deleting
"along the Great Eastern Highway on what is known as
Greenmount Hill".
