ROAD TRAFFIC CODE AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 3) 1996

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic Code Amendment

,Regulations (No. 3) 1996.

Principal regulations

2. In these regulations the Road Traffic Code 1975* is referred to as the

principal regulations.

Regulation 1607 amended

3. Regulation 1607 of the principal regulations is amended by inserting

after subregulation (4) the following subregulation —

The Board may at any time, by notice in writing to the person, amend or revoke an exemption given to a person under subregulation (4). PI

Regulation 1612 amended

4. Regulation 1612 (6a) (c) (ii) of the principal regulations is amended by

deleting "to control a fire;" and substituting the following —

" for the control of fire or for fire management purposes;

Regulation 1805 amended

5. Regulation 1805 (1) of the principal regulations is amended —

(a) by deleting "into" and substituting the following —

" in "; and

(b) in paragraph (e), by deleting "Liquor Act 1970;" and substituting

the following —

" Liquor Licensing Act 1988; ".
