ROAD TRAFFIC CODE AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 3) 1995

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic Code Amendment

Regulations (No. 3) 1995.

Principal regulations

2.     In these regulations, the Road Traffic Code 1975* is referred to as the

principal regulations.

Regulation 1211 amended

3.     Regulation 1211 of the principal regulations is amended by inserting

after subregulation (2) the following subregulation

4.     Regulation 1609 of the principal regulations is amended by inserting

Regulation 1610 amended

5.     Regulation 1610 of the principal regulations is amended by inserting

after subregulation (1) the following subregulation

vehicle carrying rolls or bales of straw or hay does not commit an (1a) Notwithstanding subregulation (1), a person driving a

offence if the Toad is not covered, or if straws of hay or similar light material is blown, or dislodged, from the load and that material does not cause a danger or hazard to any person or property.
