ROAD TRAFFIC CODE AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 3) 1994

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic Code Amendment

Regulations (No. 3)7994.

Regulation 1210 amended

2.      Regulation 1210 (1) of the Road Traffic Code 1975* is amended —

(a)	after paragraph (c) by deleting "or";
(b)	in paragraph (d) by deleting the full stop and substituting the

following —

; or "; and

(c) by inserting the following paragraph —

(e) the use, upon a bicycle, of a flashing light in compliance with, or permitted under, regulation Regulations 1977. 3007 of the Road Traffic (Vehicle Standards)
