ROAD TRAFFIC CODE AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 3) 1990
Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and Deputy of the Governor in Executive
Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic Code Amendment

Regulation 1804A inserted
2. After regulation 1804 of the Road Traffic Code 1975* the following regulationis inserted—
Restrictions on standing of vehicles on the Roe or Tonkin highway
" 1804A. Except in the event of an emergency or breakdown, or to assist a
person apparently in need of assistance, a person shall not stand a vehicle—
(a) on the carriageway; or (b) otherwise within the property lines, of the Roe highway or the Tonkin highway. ".
