ROAD TRAFFIC CODE AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 3) 1990

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and Deputy of the Governor in Executive

Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic Code Amendment

5486 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA [2 November 1990

Regulation 1804A inserted
2. After regulation 1804 of the Road Traffic Code 1975* the following regulation

is inserted—

Restrictions on standing of vehicles on the Roe or Tonkin highway

" 1804A. Except in the event of an emergency or breakdown, or to assist a

person apparently in need of assistance, a person shall not stand a vehicle—

(a) on the carriageway; or
(b) otherwise within the property lines, of the Roe highway or the

Tonkin highway. ".
