Road Traffic Code Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2019

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Road Traffic Code Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2019.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Road Traffic Code 2000.

4.             Regulation 282A amended

Delete regulation 282A(b)(i) and (ii) and insert:

(i)      is a motor cycle; or

(ii)      is built or modified for the purpose of police driver training and displays markings of a type approved by the Commissioner of Police for that purpose;
