ROAD TRAFFIC CODE AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 2) 1994

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic Code Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 1994.

Regulation 503 amended

2.      Regulation 503 (3) of the Road Traffic Code 1975* is amended by

inserting after paragraph (c) the following paragraph —

(ca) the vehicle is an omnibus and it is being driven in the right	lane in preparation for entry into a bus lane, a bus-taxi
lane or a contra-flow bus lane;
