ROAD TRAFFIC CODE AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1991
Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic Code Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 1991.
Principal regulations
2. In these regulations the Road Traffic Code 1975* is referred to as the
principal regulations.
(a) by deleting "or" at the end of paragraph (e);

3. Regulation 1104 of the principal regulations is amended by inserting after
subregulation (2) the following subregulation —

(2a) Subregulations (1) (g) and (h) do not apply to, or in relation to, a special purpose vehicle being used by a member of the Police Force for the purpose of patrolling an area.
Regulation 1603 amended
4. Regulation 1603 of the principal regulations is amended in subregulation
(la) —

(b) by deleting the full stop at the end of paragraph (0 and substituting the following —

; or "; and
(c) by inserting after paragraph (0 the following paragraph — t 4
(g) a member of the Police Force driving a special purpose vehicle in the course of patrolling an II area.
