ROAD TRAFFIC CODE AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1995

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic Code Amendment

Regulations 1995.

Commencement

2. These regulations come into operation on the day Part 6 of the Taxi Act

1994 comes into operation.

Regulation 103 amended

3. Regulation 103 of the Road Traffic Code 1975* is amended by deleting

the definition of "taxi" and substituting the following definition —

Ci

"taxi" means a taxi within the meaning of the Taxi Act 1994 or a taxi-car within the meaning of section 47Z of the Transport Co-ordination Act 1966; 2/
