Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic Code Amendment

Regulations 1992.

principal regulations. In these regulations the Road Traffic Code 1975* is referred to as the

Regulation 103 amended

3.     Regulation 103 (1) of the principal regulations is amended in the

definition of "bicycle" in paragraph (b) by inserting before "power" the

following —

it 2-wheeled or 3-wheeled vehicle that is a	ff
Regulation 1307 amended

4.      Regulation 1307 (1) of the principal regulations is amended by inserting

after the definition of "appointed day" the following definition —

it

"bicycle" means —

(a) a 2-wheeled or 3-wheeled vehicle that is designed to

be propelled through a mechanism operated solely by

human power; or

(b) a 2-wheeled or 3-wheeled vehicle that is a power ff

assisted pedal cycle;
