ROAD TRAFFIC CODE AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1990

Made by His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Execu- tive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic Code Amendment

Regulations 1990.

Regulation 204 amended

2. Regulation 204 of the Road Traffic Code 1975* is amended in subregulation

(1) by inserting after "so" the following—

or where he honestly and reasonably believes that it is expedient and safe
to do so ".
