Road Traffic (Charges and Fees) Amendment

Regulations (No. 4) 2014

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Road Traffic (Charges and Fees)
Amendment Regulations (No. 4) 2014.

Note: under the Interpretation Act 1984 section 41(1)(b), these regulations come into operation on the day on which they are published in the Gazette.

2.             Specified day

For the purposes of section 28A of the Act, the specified day in
relation to these regulations is 1 July 2014.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Road Traffic (Charges and Fees)
Regulations 2006.

4.             Schedule 1 amended

In Schedule 1 amend the provisions listed in the Table as set out
in the Table.
